Tomorrow is the big day! The third grade class will go on a school trip to the science museum. Everyone is very excited.
The teacher, Mrs. Cohen, told the students what they should bring. "You must bring water and a sandwich. You should wear comfortable shoes because we will walk a lot. You may bring a camera if you want."
David could not sleep that night. He was thinking about all the amazing things he would see. "I will see real dinosaur bones!" he told his little sister. "And I might even touch a real meteorite!"
In the morning, David woke up early. He put on his favorite blue shirt and packed his backpack carefully. His mom made him a special sandwich and gave him some money for the gift shop.
On the bus, David sat next to his best friend, Noa. They talked about what they wanted to see first. "We should go to the space room first," said Noa. "I heard they have a real astronaut suit!"
When they arrived at the museum, David's eyes grew wide. The building was huge and there were colorful banners everywhere. "This is going to be the best day ever!" David whispered to Noa.
And it was. David learned about planets, touched a real meteorite, and even watched a robot dance. He could not wait to tell his family about everything he saw.
